Advisory services will be available in several languages from May 2010 at the Oulu10 service point, Torikatu 10.

The advisers provide guidance and help in various issues related to living in Oulu. The service is available in Chinese, Thai, Turkish and Russian. The guidance covers a wide range of topics, including housing, education, leisure activities, health and public services.

Weekly service hours:

Monday From 3 pm to 5 pm Chinese

Tuesday From 3 pm to 5 pm Russian

Wednesday From 3 pm to 5 pm Turkish

Thursday From 3 pm to 5 pm Thai

The advisors also provides guidance by telephone and e-mail during service hours.
