Oulu.com provides basic information on the City of Oulu and its services as well as other public administration services. The website’s main objective is to offer customer-oriented basic information on services in English.

In addition to the resident services, links to four theme pages relating to the City of Oulu are highlighted on the main page. The four themes are Visit Oulu, Study in Oulu, Business Oulu and Oulu Inspires.

The website was accomplished in a close cooperation between the Homelike Oulu project and the Communications Department of the City of Oulu.

The Homelike Oulu project promotes the internationalisation of the city and invests in the development of guidance and counselling services for immigrants, among others.

Homelike Oulu is an ESF project financed by TE Centre for Northern Ostrobothnia and the City of Oulu.
